Bathurst Heights B&B was originally the home of the Wheal family. The house is based on an award-winning American Home Beautiful design and was constructed in 1978. In 2005, the house opened for business as Bathurst Heights B&B by previous owners.

By 2008 the house was operating as a 6 bedroom B&B. The house features:

  • Lounge with gas fire, extensive libraries of DVDs and reading material
  • Breakfast area looks to St Stanislaus' College, the garden and Bathurst
  • Common deck with commanding views over Bathurst to the distant hills
  • Garden spaces including Fernery and Japanese-style garden
